We specialize in rapid-rehousing for veterans through the SSVF framework, ensuring those who served have a high-quality place to call home.
Capacity Innovation
By utilizing a Master Lease and room-rental model, we increase the available bed-count in the Glendale/Peoria area, addressing the critical shortage of affordable individual housing units.
Holistic Stability
Our environments are managed with a focus on peer support and wellness, reducing the recidivism of homelessness and decreasing the strain on local emergency services.
Community Preservation
We take pride in property stewardship — handling minor maintenance and ensuring strict occupancy standards to improve the residential neighborhoods where we operate.
Our 2026 Goal: 20+ Additional Beds
Our goal is to expand our Social Impact Portfolio by acquiring and managing an additional 20+ beds in the West Valley. We are dedicated to creating a win-win-win scenario: stability for the veteran, partnership with our service providers, and a stronger, more supported community for Arizona.
