Founded by Shaunnell Beyart, Managing Director, Faith Anchored Housing LLC was built on a simple belief: stable housing is the foundation of recovery, employment, and long-term wellness. We are a SAM.gov registered entity (UEI F53FVPLTB73) operating in the Phoenix Metro area — Glendale and Peoria, West Valley.
Our dual-entity structure allows us to stabilize high-value real estate assets while delivering specialized, "housing-first" social impact for those who have served our country. We serve as the primary service coordinator, managing the Master Tenant relationship and working alongside agencies like the VA, HUD, SSVF programs, and Catholic Charities.
We are committed to growth — expanding our multi-family property portfolio to 20+ additional units in 2026 to meet the critical shortage of affordable, dignified individual housing in the West Valley. Every unit we add represents another veteran or vulnerable adult who can transition from crisis to stability.
