How Can We Help You?
Who is eligible for housing through Faith Anchored Housing?
We serve veterans, vulnerable adults, and families in need of stable housing. We work within the SSVF (Supportive Services for Veteran Families) framework and partner with the VA, HUD-VASH, Catholic Charities, and other community agencies to place clients. Eligibility is typically determined through your case manager or referring agency.
What types of housing do you offer?
We own and operate multi-family properties offering three types of housing: single private rooms in shared properties, shared living arrangements with fellow veterans, and entire independent units for individuals or families. All units are furnished and move-in ready.
How quickly can someone be placed into housing?
Placement speed depends on availability and the referring agency's process. We coordinate directly with case managers to move as quickly as possible — in many cases, clients can move into a furnished unit once funding and vetting are confirmed through the referring agency.
How do service partners or case managers refer a client?
Case managers and housing coordinators can contact us directly by phone at (623) 275-3575, email at infofaithanchoredhousing@gmail.com, or through our contact form. We'll coordinate placement based on your client's needs, funding source, and our current availability.
What is included in the housing?
All units are fully furnished and include utilities (water, electricity, internet where available), kitchen access, laundry facilities, and common living spaces. Our properties are maintained to high standards — residents simply bring their personal belongings.
What is Peer Support and how does it work?
Certified Peer Support Specialists (PSS) provide on-site oversight and community-building in our properties. They are trained professionals with lived experience who help maintain a peaceful, productive residential atmosphere and connect residents to additional resources as needed.
What areas do you serve?
We operate in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, with a primary focus on Glendale and Peoria in the West Valley. Our 2026 goal includes expanding our multi-family property portfolio to 20+ additional beds in this region.
How can property owners partner with Faith Anchored Housing?
Property owners can lease their multi-family properties to Faith Anchored Housing under a Master Lease arrangement. We serve as the Master Tenant, guaranteeing on-time monthly payments regardless of tenant transitions, and handle minor maintenance and occupancy standards. Contact us to discuss partnership opportunities.
Are you a faith-based organization?
Yes. Faith Anchored Housing is guided by faith-based principles of dignity, compassion, and service. We welcome residents of all faiths and backgrounds — our 'faith-anchored' approach means we create environments rooted in respect, integrity, and community, not religious requirements.
Is Faith Anchored Housing a registered government contractor?
Yes. Faith Anchored Housing LLC is registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) with Unique Entity ID (UEI) F53FVPLTB73, making us eligible for federal contracts and grants related to veteran housing and social services.
